By opting in to receive text messages from Rivendell Estate Care, LLC, you agree to the following terms. Opting in is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.
Program Description
Rivendell Estate Care sends SMS messages to customers and leads who have opted in. Messages include appointment reminders, service and estimate updates, account or order updates, and — only if you have separately consented to marketing messages — occasional promotional offers for landscaping and estate-care services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us. Most customers receive fewer than 6 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Rivendell Estate Care does not charge a fee for receiving SMS messages.
Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms and submitting your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Rivendell Estate Care at the number provided. We retain your opt-in record (timestamp, IP address, form URL, and the exact consent language shown) for a minimum of four (4) years.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To resume messages after opting out, reply START, or contact us directly.
