Mobile Information & SMS Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Rivendell Estate Care, we collect your mobile phone number, your consent record (date/time, IP, opt-in method), and message engagement data. We use this information solely to send the categories of messages you consented to — appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, and (with your separate consent) occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
